Hangboard 3, this has everything you need! Like our Hangboard 1 & 2, this is also 390mm wide but a little deeper at 145mm deep. On the front of the board there are a 24mm, 19mm & 15mm positive rungs. On the back, both our No.2 & No.3 models also have an 8m rounded rung at the top. This makes hanging a bit more comfortable with the added advantage of griping with your thumbs. also on the back is a 10mm rung at the bottom that will help you warm up for the hardest of climbs. Comes with 2m of 6mm Beal Accessory Cord.
